We have obtained Planning Consent from the London Borough of Croydon for this residential development which includes a mix of 9 one and two bedroom apartments. The scheme builds on a previous approval obtained last year for three houses on the site.
The design has been adapted to create the apartments within the envelope of the proposed houses; full storey glazed links connect the buildings to provide access to the apartments on each floor, whilst maintaining the pattern along the road. A significant landscaping scheme to the rear provides private and shared amenity space for the apartments.
Building works are scheduled to start in February 2018.
