Corin studied Architecture at University of Brighton and qualified as a chartered Architect in 2005. Prior to forming CDMS Architects, Corin gained extensive experience in the high end residential and mixed use sectors having administered a number of projects in London and the South East.
Within his role Corin has led a wide range of projects both internationally and in the UK. He has designed and overseen a number of international leisure, hotel and masterplan projects within the Middle East and North Africa for private and commercial clients, including hotels in the Sahara region as part of a wider tourism vision, and a private eco house on the Mediterranean coast.
Domestically, he has led the design of a number of high end residential projects in the south east region, whilst also leading the practice's education portfolio. Key projects have included masterplanning the future development of a local primary school, and directing the practice's role as stakeholder project manager for a major refurbishment project at the University of Brighton.
Chris has an extensive range of experience in both residential and commercial architecture, and currently manages the practice’s fast growing developer portfolio.
After graduating in Architectural Technology from the University of Brighton in 2002, Chris worked for a number of years on a series of award winning residential schemes and founded CDMS Architects with the other principals in 2011.
Chris has considerable design, production information and site experience and is currently overseeing a number of development projects in London and the South East of England, ranging from smaller intricate urban sites, to much larger multiple use developments.
Together with Chris’ impressive UK residential portfolio, he has also been responsible for a number of exciting buildings overseas, most notably the landmark Command Centre building for a new technology city in Jordan and a high specification penthouse apartment in Malta.
