Corin studied Architecture at University of Brighton and qualified as a chartered Architect in 2005. Prior to forming CDMS Architects, Corin gained extensive experience in the high end residential and mixed use sectors having administered a number of projects in London and the South East.
Within his role Corin has led a wide range of projects both internationally and in the UK. He has designed and overseen a number of international leisure, hotel and masterplan projects within the Middle East and North Africa for private and commercial clients, including hotels in the Sahara region as part of a wider tourism vision, and a private eco house on the Mediterranean coast.
Domestically, he has led the design of a number of high end residential projects in the south east region, whilst also leading the practice's education portfolio. Key projects have included masterplanning the future development of a local primary school, and directing the practice's role as stakeholder project manager for a major refurbishment project at the University of Brighton.
Chris is one of the founding partners of CDMS Architects and a company Director.
Whilst maintaining an active day to day role on all of his projects, Chris manages the practice’s fast growing developer portfolio which stretches across the London Boroughs and the South of England.
After graduating in Architectural Technology from the University of Brighton in 2002, Chris gained over a decade of private practice experience and has been responsible for a series of award winning projects ranging from high specification interior fit-outs to new build one-off houses and larger development sites.
Chris has an extensive range of experience in both residential and commercial architecture, most recently he has been responsible for obtaining full planning permissions on a number of complex mixed use schemes in South London. Some of his key projects include:
