As a founder and director of CDMS Architects, Corin oversees the design and management of all projects within the practice in tandem with co-director Chris Scarr.
With over 15 years’ experience, Corin has led the design of a number of high end residential projects in the London and South East region, whilst also leading the practice's Arts, Hotel and Education portfolio. His experience encompasses all aspects of the design and construction process, leading clients through from a project’s initial inception to completion on site, including new build and refurbishment projects as well as listed buildings. Most recently he has been involved in projects including the extension and development of Golders Green Crematorium, a new extension for the Brighton-based Visual Arts centre Fabrica, as well as numerous new build homes for private clients.
Chris is one of the founding partners of CDMS Architects and a company Director.
Whilst maintaining an active day to day role on all of his projects, Chris manages the practice’s fast growing developer portfolio which stretches across the London Boroughs and the South of England.
After graduating in Architectural Technology from the University of Brighton in 2002, Chris gained over a decade of private practice experience and has been responsible for a series of award winning projects ranging from high specification interior fit-outs to new build one-off houses and larger development sites.
Chris has an extensive range of experience in both residential and commercial architecture, most recently he has been responsible for obtaining full planning permissions on a number of complex mixed use schemes in South London. Some of his key projects include:
