The site is located behind a row of existing commercial and residential units, with two access roads leading in top the development. Each plot has its own private garden and garage, a unique selling point for a town house in this densely populated area.
CDMS Architects were appointed following the Planning Approval for this scheme, at which point a detailed analysis and review was undertaken with a view to add significant value to the previous scheme. The external materials and elevations have been re-developed to achieve a more contemporary feel. Internally the layouts have been adjusted to achieve an open plan ground floor living space in response to requirements from the market.
The upper floors have been re-designed to provide more desirable bedroom and bathroom layouts. Each unit also has a bespoke staircase and feature recessed feature lighting throughout.
The development is currently under construction and expected to complete on site at the end of 2013.
