This development is located on a triangular piece of land between Palace Road and the busy Christchurch Road in Streatham, South London. The existing Victorian villa house has been demolished and replaced with a new four-storey red brick building with a zinc metal roof that steps in mass and form along the site.
At ground and first floor level, a Pharmacy has been provided together with a new Doctors Surgery which includes consulting rooms, interview and treatment rooms, staff areas with meeting spaces, offices, a library, and other training facilities.
21 apartments are spread across the upper floors, which include a mix of one and two bedroom units. The top floor apartments have been formed within the vaulted roofs, creating unique rooms with a lighting scheme to accentuate the angles and spaces.
The project completed in Spring 2017.
