This development in South London comprises six large 6 bedroom houses and six apartments, all within an existing plot to the rear of Wavertree Court.
The scheme achieved planning permission in 2012 and CDMS Architects commenced the detail design in Spring 2013. CDMS Architects have worked closely with the Local Authority Planning Department, specifically with regard to the access, transport and materials.
As the site previously contained over 40 private garages for the local area, the parking arrangements have been key together with the site layout and associated landscaping. All the buildings are clad in a pre-weathered copper facade with large glazed openings on every floor.
Works are scheduled to commence on site in the Summer of 2013.
